Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the nick name Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist of American origin. Her most well-known role is as anchorwoman on CNN's morning program At This Hour. In the past, she was a co-anchor of the CNN on weekdays mornings New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan took part in CNN's award-winning coverage of the presidential elections in 2012 and 2016. Bolduan was a Washington DC-based congressional correspondent who covered the activities of both the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan's coverage of congressional events as well as events that occurred during her tenure as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit included the discussion to increase the debt limit for the US, as well as deliberations by the super-committee.
