Anneliese Louise van der Pol who is an American singer and actress of Dutch origin and is the daughter of a Dutch native. She's known for both her work in the theatre in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. In 2006, she released her own cover of the iconic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. In her role as Belle van der Pol on broadway, she has recorded several songs that were featured in the soundtrack to the show. One of these songs is her iconic A Change in Me.
